It has been well documented that around 60% to 70% of modern ailments, whether emotional or physical, can be related to stress and / or nervous tension. Stress is difficult to avoid in our modern society however and is no longer the domain of high-powered business executives.

It occurs in every part of our daily life -

Competitive sporting pastimes, motorway driving to and from work during "peak hours", supermarket shopping or just trying to find a parking space, etc.

It even occurs in the home environment for the young working wife or mother, the overworked young father, the parents with teenagers, the grandparents who no longer have teenagers - the list is endless!

Over the years my clients have consisted of a wide range of professions,  occupations and sporting pastimes,

  • Accountants                            Golfers                            Psychologists
  • Actors                                    Hairdressers                     Runners
  • Bowlers                                   I.T. Staff                        Senior Citizens
  • Call Centre Workers                   Lawyers                          Social Workers
  • Dancers                                  Musicians                        Swimmers
  • Dentists                                  Nurses                            Teachers
  • Doctors                                   Policemen                       Tradesmen

who have come to me with a specific ailment or for relaxation and then kindly recommended me to colleagues or friends.
